| 摘 要： | 探讨制造服务化的前因与结果,提出制造服务化这一中介变量来解释前因变量弹性IT基础建设与结果变量企业绩效的关系,并提出产品多元化会正向调节制造服务化与企业绩效之间的关系。采用276家企业调查数据对研究假设进行检验,结果支持理论预期,揭示制造服务化在弹性IT基础建设对企业绩效的影响机制中扮演着重要的角色。

| Abstract: | Manufacturing servitization is one of the important paths in the transformation of manufacturing enterprises. This study explores the antecedents and outcomes of manufacturing servitization. We propose that manufacturing servitization as a mediator explain the relationship between flexible IT infrastructure and firm performance, and propose that production diversification positively moderates the relationship between the manufacturing servitization and the enterprise performance. Using the 276 business survey data, we tested the hypothesis, and found that manufacturing servitization plays an important role in the impact of flexible IT infrastructure on enterprise performance, which can guide how to improve manufacturing servitization and performance of manufacturing enterprises. |
