| 摘 要： | 从工作团队定义、分类入手,对已有工作团队研究成果进行归纳总结,指出工作团队研究主要经历三种递进模式:IPO、IMO和IMOI,这三种研究模式的演进体现了团队研究复杂、动态、适应和循环的特征,并为未来的团队研究提出建议.

| Abstract: | Starting from the definition and types of work teams,the article summarizes three kinds of evolutionary patterns of work team research: IPO,IMO,IMOI.The evolution reflects four characteristics of work team research: complex,dynamic,adaptive and cycling.The article also concludes briefly emerging directions in work team research. |
