| 摘 要： | 颠覆性技术遴选是在一定范围内对颠覆性技术的发展现状和未来趋势进行预测识别和评价判断的行为,其目的是确定未来国家军事、产业和经济发展重点并科学有效进行规划和部署。在深入研究国内外颠覆性技术遴选现状和预测评估理论基础上,结合我国发展实际,从理论上研究了颠覆性技术遴选评价的体系框架,提出颠覆性技术遴选的基本思路和运行流程。

Research on the basic principles and operation process of disruptive technology selection |

| Abstract: | Disruptive technology selection is the behavior of predicting, identifying, evaluating and judging the development status and future trend of subversive technology within a certain range. Its purpose is to determine the future national military, industrial and economic development priorities and plan scientifically and effectively.Based on the in-depth study of domestic and foreign disruptive technology selection status and prediction and evaluation theory, combined with China''s development practice, this paper studies the system framework of disruptive technology selection and evaluation in theory, and puts forward the basic ideas and operation process of disruptive technology selection. |
