| 摘 要： | 汽车制造业以供应链长、供应链结构复杂而著称。跨国汽车公司在华投资区位已由20世纪80年代的“大分散、小集聚”，转变为20世纪90年代以来的“大集聚、小分散”特征；在零部件筹供上，以整车制造商组装厂所在区位为核心，呈现单核、双核和多核集群化本地筹供模式。跨国汽车公司在华供应链集群化趋势，推动着国内地方汽车供应链集群的形成与发展。供应链集群化的成因，主要受到来自汽车生产特性、跨国汽车公司在华战略，以及中国制度性政策和地方产业发展等内外因的驱动。
