| 摘 要： | 扎实推进社会主义新农村建设,是全面落实科学发展观、建设社会主义和谐社会的必然要求,是加快全面建设小康社会的重大任务.晏阳初的平民教育和乡村建设实验,强调建设与教育不可分,重视人才的培养,始终以人才作支撑;推行建立合作社,提高农民的组织化程度.他的这些做法,对当前的社会主义新农村建设,尤其是在胡锦涛总书记强调要使建设社会主义新农村成为民心工程的今天,有很好的借鉴意义.
