| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年急救护理案例工作坊在提高护生临床决策能力中的作用。方法:建立老年急救护理综合案例库,纳入观察组和对照组护生,观察组在综合案例库引导下组织开展教学,对照组采用常规教学方法,对比两组护生临床决策能力培养效果。结果:观察组护生临床决策能力(发现问题、确定目标、决断方案、实施决策、评价反馈)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:建立老年急救护理综合案例库,在提高护生临床决策能力上可以发挥关键作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the role of the elderly clinical nursing case workshop in improving the clinical decision-making ability of nursing students.Methods:A comprehensive case database of elderly emergency nursing care was established,including the observation group and the control group of nursing students.The case database was used to guide the teaching of the observation group,and conventional teaching methods were used for the control group.The clinical decision-making ability of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results:The scores of nursing students'clinical decision-making ability(discovery of problems,determination of goals,determination of plans,implementation of decisions,and evaluation feedback)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The establishment of a comprehensive case database of elderly emergency nursing care will play a key role in improving the clinical decision-making ability of nursing students. |
