摘    要:本文立足于中国法制史课程的实践教学活动,紧紧围绕法学教育的培养目标(即教授法律职业者必备的技能和素质,主要包括法律思维能力、法律表达能力和对法律事实的探索能力),旨在创新并发展实践性教学方法,促进教学效果,提高教学质量,进而推动中国法制史课程的学科建设。

Abstract:This article is based on the Chinese practice of teac- hing legal history courses,closely around the legal education training objectives (i.e.,the legal profession who teach the necessary skills and qualities, including legal thinking, legal skills and the ability to explore the facts of the law),aimed at innovation and the development of practical teaching methods that promote teaching effectiveness, improve the quality of teaching, thus promoting the Chinese legal history course disciplines.
