| Abstract: | This article is based on the Chinese practice of teac- hing legal history courses,closely around the legal education training objectives （i.e.,the legal profession who teach the necessary skills and qualities, including legal thinking, legal skills and the ability to explore the facts of the law）,aimed at innovation and the development of practical teaching methods that promote teaching effectiveness, improve the quality of teaching, thus promoting the Chinese legal history course disciplines.
