| 摘 要： | 随着社会大环境的改变,传统的高校外语教学开始受到冲击,而能满足大学生专业学习和未来工作需求的专门用途英语(ESP)则在大学英语教育中扮演着越来越重要的角色。国内ESP教学研究起步晚于国外,但经过多年发展,在各个领域都取得了丰硕的成果。该文将着重从课程设置、教学方法和学术英语教材三个方面综述和分析国内外ESP教学研究的发展,以便为ESP教学在我国未来的发展提供一些启示。

| Abstract: | With the transformation of social environment,traditional college English teaching is being increasingly challenged while at the same time English for specific purposes(ESP)which can perfectly satisfy students’needs for their major study and future jobs is playing a more and more important role in college English education.In China,ESP teaching research started later than abroad.However,after developing for several decades,domestic ESP teaching research has achieved fruitful results in many fields.This paper will summarize and analyze the recent development of domestic and foreign ESP teaching research from the perspectives of curriculum,teaching methods and EAP textbooks,in order to provide some guidance for the future ESP teaching in our country. |
