摘    要:持续迅速地把新产品推向市场是企业获得竞争优势的直接手段。企业核心能力是持续竞争优势之源。如何使持续竞争优势之源真正成为源源动力呢? 新产品开发管理新范式———基于核心能力的平台方法应运而生,它能够整合核心能力与市场需求,使企业竞争优势之源成为“活”源,化潜在优势为现实优势。本文首先介绍平台方法的理论与实践,然后简单介绍核心能力理论。在这两部分的基础上,再详尽论述基于核心能力的平台方法的理论框架与效益分析。最后,以杭州西泠冰箱厂为例进行案例分析

Abstract:Continuous and quick delivery of new products to the market is key to achieve competitive advantage. Core competence of corporation is the source of competitive advantage. Core competence-based platform approach can translate core competence into practical advantage. It can integrate core competence and market needs. In the first, this paper introduces some theory and practice about platform approach. Then core competence theory is briefly introduced. Based on these, a framework of core competence-based platform approach is discussed in detail. Finally, a case study on Hangzhou Xiling Refrigerator Manufacturer is pur forward.
