| 摘 要： | 本文对基于单一制造商和单一零售商构成的闭环供应链（CLSC）进行了研究，应用博弈理论对闭环供应链的定价策略进行了分析，分别得出非合作模型的均衡解和合作模型的均衡解，进一步对两种定价策略的效率进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The closed loop ,supply chain between the manufacturer and the retailer is studied in this paper, The price de cisions are analyzed by game theory, A non-cooperative model equilibrium and a cooperative model equilibrium are ob rained. Efficieneies of every decision are further analyzed. |
