| 摘 要： | 本文将群体发展(GroupDevelopment)变量引入群体思维(Groupthink)理论模型中,重点研究了在群体发展过程的不同阶段中,群体凝聚力、领导风格以及决策程序三种群体思维的前提条件各有什么变化,从而对群体发展过程的不同阶段中群体思维的演变规律和特点进行了初步研究,并提出了一些防范群体思维的新建议。

| Abstract: | This article introduces variable of group development i nto the groupthink research model and analyzes what kind of variance of group co hesion, leadership style and methodical decision-making procedures will happen at different group development stage. Based on these analyses, the relationship between group development and groupthink is studied. Some new suggestions on how to avoid groupthink are put forward finally. |
