| 摘 要： | 企业从信息资源建设阶段迈入信息资源管理阶段，信息资源整合将成为大势所趋和发展方向。本文从这种背景出发，探讨了我国电子商务的发展现状及发展障碍，总结了当前企业电子商务信息资源整合的现状，分析了企业电子商务信息资源整合的内容，构建出企业电子商务的信息资源整合平台，为企业电子商务的发展提供了可供参考的建议。

| Abstract: | When the enterprise strides from the information resources construction stage to the information resources management stage, information resources integration has become the general trend for development. Proceeding from this background, this paper discusses the development status of and obstacles to e-commerce in China, summarizes the present situation of information resources integration in current enterprise e-commerce, analyzes the content of information resources integration, constructs an information resources integration platform for enterprise e-commerce, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of enterprise e-commerce. |
