| 摘 要： | 从20世纪末开始,中国社会经历了一次快速的信息革命,然而至今为止人们很少从整体上来认识和理解这次革命对中国社会变迁所产生的深远意义。从新一代信息技术的特质以及它与中国社会变迁之间的嵌合机制这一层面来理解当前信息革命所引发的深刻社会影响。分析主要涉及信息技术对中国社会联结机制的影响、对公民社会发育的推动以及它对中国政府转型的深刻意蕴三个方面。
