| 摘 要： | 协同创新是以知识增值为核心，企业、政府、知识生产机构（大学、研究机构）、中介机构和用户等为了实现重大科技创新而开展的大跨度整合的创新组织模式。文章从整合维度与互动强度两个维度探索构建协同创新的框架，并论述了协同创新的理论框架与内涵，最后针对协同创新的组织和平台构建提出几点建议。

| Abstract: | Collaborative innovation is the process of knowledge-capital transformation.It is the innovation organization comprising enterprises,government,knowledge production Institutions,intermediaries and users,which goal is to achieve major scientific and technological innovation.The article described the process of collaborative innovation from the dimension of integration and intensity of interaction and discusses the theoretical framework of collaborative innovation.Finally,a few suggestions was made for building collaborative innovation organization and platforms. |
