| 摘 要： | 关于创业导向构念的研究,现有文献中存在两个问题:一是概念使用不规范;二是对创业导向各维度是否相互独立存在学术争论。本文梳理了创业导向构念的演化路径,提出了汉语语境下术语的使用建议,并进一步对比了相关构念之间的区别与联系,澄清不同术语的使用范围。对创业导向维度的发展以及学术争论进行了分析,解释了现有学术分歧存在的原因。最后,提出了创业导向构念深入发展的两个方向。

| Abstract: | This paper addresses two research questions from current EO literature,one is inconsistent of EO concept,and the other is the debate on whether EO dimensions are independent with each other.To clarifying these problems,the paper explores the evolution of EO construct,compares the distinction among relative key constructs,and provides an explanation of the current dimension debate.This paper concludes with a suggestion of two promising further research directions. |
