| 摘 要： | 研发外包是企业在开放式创新环境下,获取新技术和新知识的一种新型研发模式,受到学术界和企业界的关注,其中研发外包结构的测度问题尤为突出。本研究从资源、关系和知识3个维度构建研发外包的结构体系,并通过206个样本进行探索性和验证性因子分析。研究结果表明,该测量模型具有较好的建构效度。该研究丰富和完善研发外包理论体系,为企业研发外包的决策和运作机制提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | R&D outsourcing is a new R&D mode to acquire new technology and knowledge under the circumstance of open innovation.R&D outsourcing has become the new research point for both academy and industry,where the measurement and structure of R&D outsourcing is the most important problems.Based on the current literature,the R&D outsourcing structure can be analyzed in terms of three dimensions: resource,relationship and knowledge.Furthermore,the measurement and demonstration based on 206 samples are also mentioned in this paper,which provides the foundation for the R&D outsourcing theory and practice. |
