| 摘 要： | 企业信息化已经成为管理科学研究的一个热点，传统的项目管理模式已经不能更好的适应当前信息化企业的发展。本文结合当前企业信息化的特点，将管理的多项职能，如信息资源管理、知识管理、战略管理等从项目管理的角度进行研究，在现有的国际标准项目管理理论和模式的基础上提出了适于信息化企业的项目管理新模式。

| Abstract: | Enterprise informationization has been the research focus in management and science ield,traditional project management mode hasn't able to adapt present information-based development of enterprise,according to present enterprise characteristic of informationization,such as resource management of information,information management,strategic management,etc,this paper carrys on research in the multiple functions of management,in terms of project management.Then it has proposed the new modes of project management which are suitable for information-based enterprise on the basis of existing international standard project management theory and mode. |
