| 摘 要： | 文章首先回顾了科斯企业规模理论，并认为要探讨技术对企业最优规模的影响，可以从交易费用和生产模式两个方面入手，在此基础上，文章进一步讨论了信息技术对交易费用和生产模式的影响，最后得出结论，大型企业的最优规模仍然是其最大规模，而且在原有的基础上还有扩大的趋势，中小型企业的最优规模就是在保证其核心能力下的最小规模。
