| 摘 要： | 使用合作博弈的相关方法分析激励团队成员贡献知识的相关策略,结果表明,为了充分利用自主创新团队的知识,对于所有成员对自主创新预期收益的边际贡献都相同的自主创新团队应该实施"公平化"的奖金分配方案;对于成员对自主创新预期收益的边际贡献不同的自主创新团队应该实施"差异化"的奖金分配方案。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes strategies which encourage members of team to contribute their knowledge to independent innovation with the method of cooperation game.The results indicate that,in order to take full advantage of knowledge in independent innovation team,premium allocation plan of "justice" should be implemented for independent innovation team in which contribution margins of all members for expected return are the same,and premium allocation plan of "differentiation" should be implemented for independent innovation team in which contribution margin of every member for expected return is different. |
