基于和谐管理理论的民营企业职业经理人薪酬管理研究

摘    要:通过对当前我国民营企业职业经理人薪酬现状的环境、组织、领导、人性(EOL-H)分析,在诸多民营企业职业经理人薪酬管理问题中探索薪酬管理可能和谐主题,并围绕其可能和谐主题应用和则、谐则及其互动耦合机制分别从薪酬体系设计和薪酬日常管理两方面提供了当前我国民营企业职业经理人薪酬管理的分析思路及具体对策。

Abstract:Based on the environment,organization,leadership,human nature(EOL-H) analysis on current situation of professional executive compensation of private enterprises in China,this paper explores the possible Hexie theme of compensation management in compensation management problems of professional executive in private enterprises.Around the possible Hexie theme it applies the He principle,Xie principle and Hexie coupling mechanism to provide a solution to the current professional executive compensation of Chinese private enterprises management from compensation system and everyday management.
