| 摘 要： | 运用系统工程理论和方法,对物业管理系统的基本概念、构成和功能、以及系统的特点进行分析和总结,在这基础上提出物业管理系统工程的内容和学科体系,进而研究和探讨了物业管理系统工程的方法论和模型体系,为全面地、系统地组织和进行物业管理提供较为完善的理论框架和实施建议。
