| 摘 要： | 生产性服务业是产业结构优化升级的主要方向,也是内蒙古自治区转变经济发展方式,走新型工业化道路的有效途径。当前内蒙古自治区的生产性服务业与其他省份相比,仍然相对滞后,其发展过程中存在不少问题。柔性能力是有效应对不确定性的重要手段,生产性服务企业也需要具备适当的柔性能力,本文从战略、组织、市场营销三个层面分析了生产性服务企业的柔性能力,进而基于这三个层面的柔性能力提出内蒙古生产性服务业的发展对策,提高内蒙古生产性服务业的发展水平。
