| 摘 要： | 分析了我国促进科技型中小企业发展的风险投资现状，借鉴国外经验并运用委托代理理论和博弈论的方法，系统研究了风险企业家和风险投资家之间的委托代理关系以及达成契约的博弈过程，对双方形成的激励约束机制给出理论上的解释，并在此基础上提出相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analysis of the situation of venture capital in Science & Technology Based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (S&T based SMEs) in China, the paper studies the principal-agent relationship and the game process between entrepreneur and venture capitalist by referring foreign experience concerned and by exerting Principal-agent Theory and Game Theory. Furthermore, the paper proposes some policy measures for promoting the development of venture capital in S&T based SMEs. |
