| 摘 要： | 以定量方式探讨管理科学文献中的创新议题,主要以总量变化的解释性数据与类神经网络分群方法来观察其群落的变化,以便探索各群落论文的消长情况。发现研究的数量呈平缓趋势,而创新研究的比例在管理科学领域出现下滑走势。知识管理、技术创新、创新体系在创新研究中依然是研究人员热衷的议题。指出了国际上创新研究有五大趋势不断倾向于开放式创新的议题。

| Abstract: | With the pace of globalization and the urgent needs to innovate or die,innovation research is becoming one of scholars' favorites.This paper utilizes quantitative method to investigate the change of innovation issues from research articles by explanatory analysis and clustering with artificial intelligent techniques respectively.The results show that the trend of innovation research becomes flat and the ratio of that slipped.Knowledge management,technological innovation,and innovation system are the most popular issues.However,there are five streams of open innovation research trend internationally.With sourcing externally and enhance the linkages between organizations,it is believed that there will be more research in this field. |
