| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代,知识产权正在成为企业重要的收入来源。然而,中国企业缺乏对知识产权价值实现的认识,并面临着知识产权价值实现途径选择的难题。通过对企业内知识产权状态的分类,分别讨论了动态知识产权和静态知识产权的价值实现途径,在此基础上构建了知识产权价值实现的动态模型。该动态模型在指导企业实现知识产权价值上具有内容的全面性、过程的动态性和路径的可选择性。 |
