| 摘 要： | 关于技术与组织的建构之争一直是学术界的焦点问题,但无论是技术建构论,还是组织建构论,都有其极端的一面,不能够很好地解释实际应用中的技术问题。而从信息技术和组织结构的本质分析入手,建立信息技术与组织结构之间的互构机制,既为技术与组织关系的探讨提供了一个新的研究视角,也可对信息技术应用和组织结构变革的互动关系有一个整体、深入的认识。

But analyzes from the information technology and the organizational structure essence obtains, Between establishment information technology and organizational structure mutually construction mechanism, the discussion which relates for the technology and the organization has provided a new research angle of view, and the interaction relations which transforms to the information technology application and the organizational structure have a whole, thoroughly realization. |
