| 摘 要： | 在分析民营科技园发展现状的基础上，简述了产业集群的概念，论述了产业集群的专业化分工机制、交易费用机制、知识溢出性机制和资源吸纳机制对民营科技园发展的重要影响。并在此基础上，应用产业集群机制理论解释了民营科技园的成长机理，从而为政府制定促进民营科技园发展的相关政策提供科学的依据。

| Abstract: | Along with the more and more important effect of nongovernmental science and technology business,the development of science and technology parks has been attached popular importance to.The article analyzes the actuality of science and technology parks firstly,then nutshells the definition of industrial cluster,and discusses the important influence of industrial cluster mechanisms,including dividing the work mechanism,dealing costs mechanism,knowledge overflowing mechanism and resource admitting mechanism imposed on nongovernmental science and technology parks.Based on this,the article explains the growing mechanism of nongovernmental science and technology parks with industrial cluster mechanism.It will offer scientific gists during the policy instituting process. |
