摘    要:目的/意义]推荐时机是影响用户采纳的重要因素,如何选择最佳推荐时机,具有实践意义。方法/过程]首先对推荐时机进行更为合理的界定;其次利用E-prime软件实现商品推荐的在线购物情景实验,基于行为、认知和主观调查实验数据,从行为和认知层面揭示了不同推荐时机对用户采纳影响的客观规律。结果/结论]从推荐时机的视角为电商企业优化个性化推荐提供了有益建议。

Abstract:Purpose/significance]Recommend timing is an important factor affecting user adoption. It is of great practical meaning to choose the right time for recommendation. Method/process] Firstly, the paper defines the recommend timing reasonably. Secondly, the paper uses E-prime software to realize the online shopping scenario experiment based on commodity recommendation, and uses the behavioral, cognitive result and self-report data to reveal the influence of different recommend timing on user intention of adoption from behavioral and cognitive aspects. Result/conclusion]The paper proposes practical suggestions for E-commerce enterprises to optimize personalized recommendation from the perspective of recommend timing.
