| 摘 要： | 基础研究源头创新往往决定某一研究方向的未来走向，其影响深远，耗时长久。明确界定了基础研究源头创新的内涵，深入剖析了基础研究源头创新绩效评价存在的问题，并提出了改善我国基础研究源头创新绩效评价的若干政策建议。

After expounding the connotation of original innovation,it discusses the problems on performance evaluation for original innovation,and brings forward some suggestion for improving performance evaluation of original innovation in Chinese basic research. |
