| 摘 要： | 陕西省科技资源丰富且高校众多,科技成果产量一直位于全国前列,但其高产出的科技成果并未能有效转化为现实生产力,科技成果高产出、低转化的现象一直存在。通过对陕西省高校科技成果转化的现状进行分析,提出应提高学术体系外的信息交流度,改革科技成果评价方式;推动产学研优势互补,完善产学研合作平台建设;建立健全相关地方法规,完善科技成果转化政策环境的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Shaanxi Province ,with great numbers of colleges and universities ,is rich in technological resources .Colleges have made so many scientific and technological achievements that Shaanxi Province has been at the forefront of the whole country in scientific study field .But the high-yielding technological achievements failed to transform into practical productive forces effectively.The phenomenon of high-yielding technological achievements and low transformation has existed for a long time . By analyzing the current situation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities in Shaanxi,this paper suggested that the information exchange of the academic system be improved along with the reform of e -valuating the scientific and technological achievements , that the complementary advantages of industry-university-research cooperation be promoted via the improvement of the cooperative platform construction ,and that relevant local regulations and countermeasures be established and perfected so as to improve the political environment of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements . |
