| 摘 要： | 本文从实施技术标准战略的基础出发,探究技术标准、知识产权和技术创新三者之间的协同演化发展。研究表明,技术创新促进技术标准战略和知识产权战略的相互融合,技术标准战略和知识产权战略的融合对技术创新具有双刃剑作用。三者只有协同发展,才能实现良性循环,共同提高技术创新主体的核心竞争力,真正做到"标准制胜"。市场导向、标准先行、利益平衡是技术标准、知识产权和技术创新三者协同发展的关键。

| Abstract: | Starting with the base of the implementation of technical standard strategy, this paper explores the cooperative evolution among technical standard, intellectual property strategy, and technical innovation. The research shows that technical innovation promotes the integration of technical standard and intellectual property strategy, which, however, exerts double - edged influences over technical innovation; it might be beneficial to technical innovation from some aspects, but might be hindering from other aspects. Only when the three factors develop coordinately, can the virtuous circle of production achieve, the core competitive strength of the main body of technical innovation in crease and winning standards actualize. Market - orientation, standard - advancing, and balanced interests are key factors for the cooperative development of technical standard, intellectual property strategy, and technical innovation. |
