| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习在提高高师生教育教学技能、缓解农村中小学师资压力方面取得了重大突破,但是在具体实施过程中面临的种种问题制约着顶岗实习可持续发展。只有高校与教育主管部门、中小学校通力合作,制定相关政策、措施,顶岗实习才能进一步完善并取得更大成就。

| Abstract: | Post Practice has benefit of fostering education and teaching skills of normal school students,relieving the pressure of rural primary and secondary school teachers.Many of problems affected the sustainable development of post practice.Relying on universities and education authorities,primary and secondary schools to work together to develop relevant policies and measures,post practice will improve and achieve greater success. |
