| Abstract: | In Jiang Zheming's statement of Three Representatives , the culture construction has been changed from an important part of our Party's work to the essential part and political orientation of party's construction. Therefore, to represent the orientation of Chinese advanced culture better, it is important to strengthen Party's leadership in the Chinese advanced culture construction and perfect the construction of our own party. |
