| 摘 要： | 高校学生评教与高校教师专业发展有着紧密的关系，教师专业发展需要通过学生评教来及时作出诊断，并判断专业发展活动是否满足教师的需要。而学生评教只有以促进教师专业发展为目的，强调教师在评价中的主体地位、尊重教师的个体差异，才能充分发挥它的导向、激励、推进的功能，才能真正对教师的专业发展起到促进作用。
