| 摘 要： | 我国的独立学院经过近十年的发展,其人才培养模式逐渐面临着诸如专业设置、师资力量、竞争激烈等日益突出的问题,大量毕业生面临着严峻的就业形势。与此同时,近几年来,我国正处于经济转型的关键期,用工荒现象愈演愈烈,逐渐从东部沿海城市蔓延到西部地区。伴随着适龄入学人口的减少及大学的扩招,独立学院的发展既面临着严峻的挑战,更拥有政策上难得的历史机遇,独立学院可以因材施教、充分考虑学生特点,加强教师队伍建设、创新管理模式,构建并实现独立学院人才培养模式的创新。
