| 摘 要： | 本文通过统计数据建立数学模型,对我国不同收入的城镇居民年均收支与大学年均学杂费的变化趋势进行了测算。结果表明:城镇居民低、中收入层的年人均可用于学杂费支出已分别于1998、2003年小于高校的年均学杂费。预测显示,中等偏上收入层将在2013出现该情况,届时将有80%的城镇居民在上大学方面会因学费过高而受到影响。

| Abstract: | The mathematic models are established based on statistical data in this paper to predict the change of income and expense of urban residents and college tuition fee.The results show that college tuition fee is higher than the annual budget of urban resident in low-income families on education in 1998 and 2003.It is forecasted that this disparity will happen to higher-income families in 2013,when 80% population of urban residents will have difficulties affording college tuition fee. |
