| 摘 要： | 校企合作是推进人才培养协同创新的主要抓手，是提高高等教育质量的重要举措。从组织社会学的视角来看，植根于社会网络中的大学和企业之间的交往总是被打上了各种社会的烙印。校企合作育人困境是由校企合作育人非对称的资源依赖结构、双方对合作的合法性判断、校企之间“协商性交换”的过程以及校企合作规则的构建过程等因素决定。对这些进行深入剖析，有助于我们了解校企合作育人困境生成机理，寻求校企合作育人可持续发展的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Universityenterprise cooperation is the key to promoting collaborative innovation and an im portant measure to improve the quality of higher education. From the perspective of organizational so ciology, various social brands are always left with the interaction between the university and the enter prise rooted in the social network. The predicament in universityenterprise cooperative education is generated by the resource dependence structure of the parties involved, their judgment of the validity of the cooperative behavior, the consultative exchange process of both sides and the generation process of their cooperation rules. A deep analysis of these aspects may contribute to an understanding of the predicamentgenerating mechanism of the universityenterprise cooperation and effective approaches to promote a sustainable development of the cooperation. |
