| 摘 要： | 通过调查图书馆女性接受继续教育的状况,得知,图书馆女性参加培训进修的比例不大。由于各种压力,图书馆部分女性出现身心疲劳等不良状态。因此,应大力宣传现代女性角色观,唤起图书馆女性对自我潜能的认识,加强图书馆女性心理素质教育,根据图书馆女性特点安排继续教育计划,不断提高图书馆女性整体素质。

| Abstract: | By investigating the condition of the continuing education of female librarians,we know that the proportion of female librarians participating training is not big.Due to all kinds of pressure,part of them show fatigue and other unhealthy state.Therefore,we should advocate the concept of female role,stimulate their self=reflection of latent ability,strengthen the education of their psychological quality,arrange continuing education plan according to their characteristics and improve their overall quality. |
