| 摘 要： | 终身教育体系的构建是一项系统工程，它不仅是终身教育思想的传播，而是要把终身教育思想转化为终身教育行为。本文论述了构建终身教育体系的必要性，并从理念和实践两个层面提出了构建终身教育体系的构想，着重阐述了终身教育体系的构建策略。

| Abstract: | The formation of lifelong education is a system engineering. It is not just the dissemination of lifelong education idea, but also the transformation from idea into action which is more important. The author discusses the necessity of formatting lifelong education system, puts forward the conception of how to format lifelong education system from ideology and practice, and elaborates the strategies of formatting lifelong education system. |
