| Abstract: | The activity of writing is considered as the activity of epistemology simultaneously in the essay. The three steps of comments on new writing (topic choosing, establishing meaning, demonstrating) are explained by epistemology. Therefore, their nature is established and the writing feature of comments on news is analyzed. |
