| 摘 要： | 高等教育大众化是社会发展的必然趋势。高等教育大众化必然会带来办学类型、办学层次的多样化。高等教育的质量也随着高等教育的发展而不断被赋予新的内涵，不同层次不同类型的高等学校应有不同的质量标准和不同的质量要求。我们应积极创造条件，．以与时俱进的精神来不断提高高等教育质量。

| Abstract: | The popularization of higher education is an inevitable trend of social development. It is certain to diversify the modes and levels of running a school. With the development of higher education, new connotations are given to its quality and universities and colleges of different modes and levels should have different criteria and requirements. We should create conditions in an active way to improve the quality of higher education while keeping abreast of the times. |
