| Abstract: | The instruction via WWW is being widely applied throughout the education area, its function is obvious, especially for the continuing education area. This paper was tried to discuss the issues towards the instructions using web, these issues including the speed of web connection, the time of feedback, re-treatment of instruction materials, and the providing of digital learning information. |
