| 摘 要： | 随着教师教育理论研究的不断深入和实践的不断发展,校本研修已经成为教师专业发展的重要途径。深化校本研修有许多问题需要深入研究,其中,激发教师专业发展的自主性、正确定位教师研究的取向、引导教师提练个人的教育理论、教师专业发展个性的形成以及教师专业发展的评价等问题,是深化校本研修必须明确的基本问题。

| Abstract: | With the further theoretical research on teachers' training and its continually practical development,school-based training has been an important way of teachers' professional development.We have a lot of problems in doing deeper research on school-based training.Independence of teachers' professional development,value-oriented tendency of teachers' training,the forming of theories on teachers' training,individuation of teachers' professional development and evaluation of teachers' professional development are basic problems need to be cleared in furthering school-based training. |
