摘    要:为了提高"十五"中小学教师继续教育的教学质量,大连教育学院师训部门在每一轮上课前,坚持深入中小学进行调查研究活动。在认真听取广大教师的意见与要求基础上,积极探讨适合中小学实际的教学策略与方法,以提高教学的针对性与实效性。努力提高继续教育的质量与水平。

Abstract:In order to improve the teaching quality of continual education, before each turn of teaching taken by teacher's instructions Dept of our university, they stick to going deep into middle and primary schools fro investigation and research. Based on their earnest listening to opinions and requests, they vigorously explore teaching policy and methods which fit the reality of middle and primary schools. Thus they can increase their focus on teaching and actual effect, and try hard to improve the teaching quality and level of continual education.
