| 摘 要： | 德鲁克管理思想对现代远程教育管理将产生有益的启示：远程教育管理可以借鉴企业组织管理,把企业组织的管理理论和方法引入远程教育的管理领域;远程教育管理是一种实践活动,应该从实践中提炼教育理念,立足现实、展望未来;远程教育管理的研究要着眼于社会,多层次探寻远程教育在社会中扮演的角色;远程教育管理者要追求卓有成效,通过管理好个人,使整个组织更有活力。

| Abstract: | Peter Drucker＇s idea of management will have useful insights in modern distance education： Management of distance education can learn from business organization and management,the management philosophy and methods of the enterprise organization can be introduced into the field of distance education.Distance education management is a practical activity,from which the concept of education should be extracted.It should be based on reality and look to the future.The research of distance education management should focus on social and multi-level education to explore the role in society.The distance education managers should pursuit high efficiency,thus through the managing of individuals,to make the entire organization more effective. |
