经济发展与各国的教育改革

摘    要:面对21世纪经济发展的挑战,世界各国都对本国教育进行了改革,并取得了成效,值得我们在发展高等教育过程中借鉴。日本模仿欧洲改革了考试制度,用“自由和选择”代替“平等和竞争”,朝眷转换学校教育制度的基本构造方向迈进;泰国接受了金融危机的教训,在教育机构、教育体制私营化等方面进行了改革,同时加大了教育投资;美国完善了教育健康发展的三套机制——自主、竞争、市场机制。这些做法值得我们借鉴。

Abstract:Facing the challenge of economic development in 21 st century, every country in the world makes a reform on the education and has reached a certain achievement. We should learn something from them in the course of developing our education. Japan reformed the test system and replaced "the limit and challenge" with "freedom and choice" and marches toward the improvement of educational construction after learning the education system from Europe. Thailand learned the lessons from Asian finance crisis and made a microeconomization on education system and education construction, in the meantime invests more in the education. America has developed the education system by the following steps: independence, competition and marketability. We should use the abovementioned examples as reference.
