| 摘 要： | 新时期高职人才的培养需准确定位,明确培养方向,凝练特色,形成以能力培养为主线的实践教学体系。文章阐述了南通职业大学机械工程学院在实践教学体系方面的改革与探索;全面规划,分步实施,完善校内外实践教学基地,努力营造良好的技术应用与实践创新教育的氛围。树立以人为本的教学理念,激发学生实践创新潜能。同时,从实验实训教学、课程设计和毕业设计等实践性教学环节入手构建合理的教学与考核体系,全面提高高职学生的实践创新能力。

| Abstract: | During the new era,educating college students requires accurate positioning,clear identification of education direction,refining of characteristics in order to form a practical teaching and learning system based on ability fostering.This article elaborates the reform and exploration that School of Mechanical Engineering of Nantong Vocational College has made in practical teaching and learning： comprehensive planning,step by step implementation,improve on and off campus practice teaching base,create a good atmosphere of technology application and practical creative education;establish a people-oriented teaching philosophy and inspire students＇ potential of practical innovation;meanwhile,establish reasonable appraisal system of teaching and learning from the aspect of practical teaching process such as experiment and practice,curriculum design and graduation design to improve practical abilities of vocational students. |
