| 摘 要： | 本文以"三个代表"重要思想为指导,结合高校人事工作实际,从人事工作主体的角度,对新时期如何进一步做好高校人事思想政治工作进行了深入实际的探讨.提出了在高校人事工作中,把人事工作与思想政治工作相结合;人事干部必须树立根植于群众,秉持全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,在关心、体贴、理解信任工作对象中开展工作的观点.

| Abstract: | Guided by the Three Representative Principls and based on the human resource management, the paper makes a thorough study on human resource management esp. about the political idecology in higher education in the new age. It is suggested that human resource management be combined with the work of ideological education. The personnel's of the management section should go among the masses while looking after and trusting them headed by the idea of serving the people whole heartedly. |
