| 摘 要： | 在我国,职业教育兼职教师从最初主要是为了弥补师资数量不足,发展变化为改善师资结构、加强实践教学和提高教学质量的重要力量。通过回顾有关提出、确立、发展及加强职业教育兼职教师的政策,分析其内容和作用,然后提出建立兼职教师资格证制度、制定兼职教师管理办法、出台兼职教师所在企业优惠措施、设立兼职教师人才库的政策建议。

| Abstract: | In China, vocational education part--time teachers, who were mainly compensating the insufficient number of teachers from the very beginning,have been becoming an important force of improving the structure of teacher structures, enhancing the practice teaching and increasing the quality of teaching. By reviewing to propose, establish, develop and strengthen the policies of part--time teachers from vocational education,the paper analyzes its content and function,then makes recommendations for the policies of part--time teachers from vocational education which is to establish a teachers~ qualification certificate system of part --time teachers,introduce the incentives for enterprises where the part--time teachers work, formulate the management regula- tion of part--time teachers,build a talent pool of part--time teachers. |
