电大开放教育教学点准入与退出机制的实践与反思

摘    要:"中央广播电视大学人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点"项目于1999年启动,2007年总结性评估后转为常规办学形式。开放教育的基层办学单位是教学点。十二年来,中央电大在教学点的建设和管理工作中,边实践,边探索,边总结,基本形成了一套较为完整的管理方法。梳理教学点准入标准和退出机制的形成过程,分析实践效果,提出改进意见与建议,以促进该机制的不断完善。
